About Us

Gilliam's Take & Bake Catering idea came from a class that owner Amanda Gilliam was taking at Lakeshore Technical College. The major assignment for the semester was to come up with a business that you would be using all semester; to create web pages, blogs, advertising, etc... While working on the project, Amanda decided to take what was supposed to be a fake business and bring it to life.​
